The kilns are comfortable and convenient, you can now see them in the photos, as they are built step by step into a structure desired by many for firing ceramics. How they are assembled into a tall kiln, into which you can load a tall sculpture or a good 20kg of biscuit.

Raku is inspiring. It gives joy, fulfilled expectation of surprise but also short waiting time for the effect of firing.

These kilns are great for bisque firing though. You just have to keep the firing curve right.

You can go further and firing ceramics in them on the so-called sharp low and... high. We can quite often exceed the thermocouple counter, but it is definitely better to anticipate high-temperature, stoneware, shino or soda firings and take care of it when ordering the kiln so that it has the right parameters.
