Raku ceramic plein air or how it is glued, turned and fired

The outdoor session is intended for everyone, regardless of experience. It's a lot of practice, but also lectures on the techniques that will be at the workshops.

The eight-day open-air workshop includes 3 days of modeling, including wheel-turning for those willing, and 5 days of firing, starting with biscuit firing in open-air kilns.

During the open-air event, participants will learn about many techniques for firing mines in a kiln.

gas, pittfire, barrel. See for yourself how much magic and joy there is in it :)

On our part, we can afford it thanks to our @Piece Boruty stoves, over a decade of experience, and very good organization (see the plan in the tables - available on the open air). Yes, there will be speed, but there will also be flow and time to relax.

Raku is a firing technique that harks back to the traditions of feudal Japan and is closely linked to the tea ceremony... Americans contributed a lot here, but it was play and experimentation that brought and continue to bring new techniques.
